We are experienced in a range of events, so we can help guide you to make the right selections for your party. We specialise in boutique weddings – where we work with you to make your wedding day dreams come true. We can help you plan your wedding day (or any event) to run smoothly and to time.

At My Perfect Event we can help you with: wedding planning, birthday planning, baby showers – any event planning and styling. We are based in Ballarat, Australia, but we do travel to Melbourne or Warrnambool for some events. We specialise in assisting our clients as their wedding co-ordinators and planners, wedding decor hire, wedding day co-ordinator, birthday party organisers, baby shower or any special event or party.


Our aim is to create the perfect party so our clients can relax and enjoy every moment of their special day or event. We do everything from bespoke wedding planning and party styling of your event to co-ordinating the whole day. If you however would like to do it all yourself but just need the some styling elements for the perfect event, we offer DIY party hire on most items. With over 100’s+ items to hire, your party will stand out from the rest. We specialise in making and creating our hire items, so you may not find them anywhere else. If we don’t have the right party hire items that you are looking for, then we can co-ordinate other suppliers for you. We do the running around, so you don’t have too.
