My Perfect Event’s services include: wedding planning and day of wedding planning, birthday party organisers, event party hire, wedding venue decorations hire, party decor hire and baby shower planners. It really doesn’t matter what type of event that you are planning, we can assist you with it.

We will talk to you to find out what ideas you have and what you are thinking for your event or party. You might have a specific theme in mind, or sometimes even just a color scheme to start with. We can help you workout the finer details so that your party will be the perfect party!

We work with you to plan and style your party to fit your budget. You need to have an idea of how much you would like to spend on your event. There is no point of us setting out the styling for an event that would cost $10,000 when you are really thinking that spending $3-5,000 would be enough. Whilst most clients don’t know how much you get for your money when designing a party, all clients do know how much they want to spend in total. We design the styling and choose hire items to fit your budget. We charge a service fee to style, ie setup, deliver, and pack down your entire event, and the individual styling items may have their own rental hire cost (either from My Perfect Event or other third party suppliers). We provide a detailed quote so you can see where the costs add up and review the event budget that you had in mind.
