Your wedding reception should be a reflection of the theme and style that you have displayed the whole way through your wedding. Sometimes it can be hard to stick to your set theme, because there will be so many wonderful wedding styling and decor items to choose from when you are looking to hire your styling items.
My PRO STYLING TIP is, to write down your theme, and then constantly refer back to it when you are selecting your wedding decor hire items. You will love many things, but remember it must fit your theme.
Reception Seating Charts
We have several framed reception seating charts available for hire. You simply add your own typed list of guest names and your wedding seating chart is done. If you do not need all the frames for guest tables, then simply add your favourite quote or perhaps even a photo. The inner frames are a mix of 6″x4″ and 5″ x 7″ sized picture frames and the styles are also a mix of plain and decorative frame edges. Each inner frame comes with a white card back, so you can simply slide in your sheet that has the guest names on it. The frame backing board is numbered so it is quick and easy to put the right table number frame in the correct location to complete your wedding seating plan.

This wedding seating chart comes with 11 white frames as standard and has a hessian backing board.
You can swap the inner white fames for a splash of color and have red, if you like.

This wedding seating chart comes with 11 red frames as standard and has a hessian backing board.
You can swap the inner red fames for white, if you like.

We have several other red frames that can be used for signage to suit the red theme. They are approximately A3 size.

Your printed page size needs to be: 45.5cm high x 35.5cm wide (or an A2 size print trimmed to fit).
TIP: Allow at least 15mm from the edge of the page to the start of your design, so it doesn’t get hidden behind the frame.
