Baptism

From the first phone call to My Perfect Event, to my first meeting with you, you were professional, on time, and made the Baptism feel like it was going to be so easy, allowed me not to stress, you understood my vision for Luca’s Baptism and enhanced on all of my ideas and came up with an amazing vision for the day. When I walked into the Baptism reception it took my breathe away, the detail, the colour scheme, the ideas all came to fruition. All the guests said they have never seen such amazing ideas and decorations for a baby’s Baptism as what you two amazing ladies put together, from the enlarged photo of Christina’s dad, to the lolly table, and the snow globes, to the ideas for the boutonniere to the photo booth! Every single person couldn’t stop going and looking and just saying such beautiful words for all the detail you two ladies put into the event, even the reception place was amazed how you turned their restaurant around. Thank you for accepting all my stressful phone calls, and keeping me calm and just taking over and doing what you do best. From the bottom of our hearts we thank you so much for making Luca’s Baptism truly what it was and that is EXCEPTIONAL”. (Suzi)

“My Perfect Event are wedding planners out of the ordinary. With the venue cancelling just 48 hours before the wedding, the girls they came in one day before the wedding and organised cars for the wedding party, a bus for the relatives and then contacted all the guests and informed them of the change of venue to one 40 miles away. Most of all they kept the bride calm. The wedding in an old wool shed was beautiful after all the stress. Thank you My Perfect Event. Imagine what they could do with more notice.” (Louise)

“A HUGE thank you to My Perfect Event who transformed our Gatsby themed event into a 1920’s extravaganza! We gave them such a short time frame, and yet their attention to detail and organising ability was outstanding. Both are such beautiful personalities to work with, they are efficient, SO hard working and yet calming in presence whilst taking the initiative in making sure all comes together. We had a vintage car in the driveway, gold tinsel curtains over the doorways, a huge Gatsby sign taking centre stage as a magnificent back drop as well as many well-thought out little displays here and there so that the whole place was transformed. Camo’s 60th Birthday Party

What a fantastic job you did for my husband’s 60th birthday. It was a great day to remember. It was a real WOW factor. Thanks for being so reliable and approachable for any changes and suggestions to the proposal. You organized everything that I requested which made the day stress free. ‘Melissa recently organised my 60th birthday party which was an outstanding success. She took all the pressure off me and attended to the smallest details in a very professional manner. It was such a pleasure dealing with her and I was delighted with her great ideas from decorations to the fantastic birthday cake. Everything was set up perfectly for my guests who were made to feel very welcome due to the hostess that Melissa arranged. Corporate lolly buffet

Melissa helped us to deliver a lolly buffer for a corporate event. The brief was to build an edible display based on color, to help us bring our business products to life. Melissa understood that our budget was tight but she still went out of her way to help us source lollies that matched our brand. She’d planned which type of lolly would fit each jar beforehand then helped set up the display in an approachable way that would entice hundreds of guest to interact with us. It was such a successful display that we ran out of lollies halfway through the event so Melissa kindly delivered more! She strikes me as a person who really cares each and every client and what their goals are. I would use her services and eye for detail again any day. (Joanna Allen)

Casino Themed 50th birthday party

Melissa was wonderful as she helped me plan my 50^th birthday party. It was casino themed, and she truly took all of the details and made them amazing. The catering was exceptional, the waitstaff were attentive, the dessert station was mind-blowing! And on top of all of that, Melissa managed to make our old house look fantastic. Our guests have been talking about the event ever since, and wondering how it was all done. A VERY big thank you to Melissa and her ‘crew’ for being so creative.

Jacinta’s 60th Birthday Party

Melissa brought our garden to life with color, lights and flowers and created a beautiful setting for our 60^th birthday party. Melissa is a good communicator promptly replying to requests and offering ideas for me to consider. Fastidious in her setup and packing up the next morning, I highly recommend My Perfect Event.
